Orange Zest Kaymak, Banana & Strawberry Pancake (Signature) + DRIP COFFEE

The coffee beans are ground very finely, almost to a powdery consistency, much finer than for espresso or drip coffee.
The Turkish coffee is brewed using a special pot called a cezve (or ibrik in some regions), which is typically made of copper or brass. A small amount of cold water is added to the cezve, along with coffee grounds and sugar (optional), and the mixture is gently heated over low heat.

Espresso with Sahlep (or salep) is a traditional Turkish hot beverage, made from the powdered tubers of wild orchids, specifically the Orchis genus. The powder, known as salep powder, is mixed with hot milk to create a thick, creamy drink with a mildly sweet flavor.

The drip coffee process is known for producing a clean, smooth cup of coffee with a balanced flavor profile, and it is one of the most common ways to brew coffee in homes and offices. The term "drip coffee" can also refer to the coffee made using this brewing method.

The base of an Americano is espresso, which is made by forcing hot water through finely-ground coffee under high pressure. After brewing the espresso, hot water is added to it to dilute the concentrated flavor.

To make espresso, a special espresso machine is used to create pressure (usually 9 bars, or about 130 psi) that forces water through the tightly packed grounds. This process takes about 25-30 seconds to extract a shot of espresso.
